A Whiteboard Session is a half-day strategy meeting where we map out your business processes to tailor HighLevel to fit your unique needs. We use a visual and interactive approach to create a detailed blueprint that will guide your CRM system setup and configuration.
Sessions are led by Steph Middleton-Foster from Configure Me This, an award-winning Small Business Systems Architect with extensive experience in CRM implementation and optimisation. Steph is supported by a team of operational experts and business analysts who may join your session to provide additional expertise.
You will receive a customised blueprint that acts as a detailed roadmap for your HighLevel CRM, including specific workflow diagrams and action points. This blueprint helps streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall efficiency and can be passed directly to your own team or HighLevel workflow builders.
Configure Me This are systems and software consultants who work with a number of different small business CRMs. We are not affiliated with, nor do we work for, Highlevel or any of their partners. We are, however, big fans of the software and its ability to help small businesses automate their operations. Our consultancy services are available for small businesses who wish to configure their internal systems and software on a deeper level and we are committed to helping our clients get the most out of their HighLevel subscription.
Absolutely! You are encouraged to bring up to two team members with you to the session at no extra charge. This ensures that key players in your business are on the same page and can contribute to the strategy.
We offer a flexible option to attend the session via Zoom, allowing you and your team to benefit from our services anywhere in the world.
Given the personalised nature of our service, sessions are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will do our best to reschedule your session to a more convenient time.
You can get started right away! Many people often do. And you’ll walk away from the day with photographs and notes of your new workflow map. If you want to wait for your finished blueprint to get started, this will be with you within 14 days of your session. Note that the actual implementation timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the changes and your team’s capacity.
It's helpful to have an understanding of your current processes and any specific challenges you wish to address. Collecting any relevant data or process maps beforehand can maximise the productivity of the session.
The Highlevel team provide great tech support for their CRM, and a comprehensive onboarding process for their users. In many cases, they are able to take your ideas and hep you set up the platform so that it works for your needs. However, you still need to be able to tell them what you are trying to build. Unlike standard tech support, our Whiteboard Sessions provide bespoke consultancy tailored to your business's specific needs. We don’t just solve problems; we anticipate challenges and create strategic solutions that are scalable and efficient.
If you're looking for basic setup help, HighLevel’s pre-built templates may suffice. However, our service is designed for users who require a more sophisticated and customised setup to fully leverage HighLevel’s capabilities for business growth.

Once confirmed, our team will send you a link to sign up for a Pay Later spending limit at iwocaPay. It takes five minutes: you’ll only need to do this once. You can then choose to make your payment into 3 or 12 equal monthly payments. Paying over 3 months is interest free. You'll make your first payment in 30 days - we'll get paid in full as soon as you checkout. Your monthly payments are taken automatically but you can always pay early if you like; there are no hidden fees.
